Breakfast or Aperitivo?


Is it breakfast or aperitivo? A soft-boiled egg, topped with half a teaspoon of Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce (Calabrian Chili Peppers), half an anchovy, a sprinkle of Nori Komi Furikake, maldon salt, and a drizzle of good olive oil. Salty, spicy, umami-rich. It hits every note. I’m never quite sure if I want it with coffee in the morning or paired with a rose in the late afternoon!
